Cleburne and Burleson warrants are separate from county warrants
Two of the most common Johnson County warrant-search mistakes are searching a city warrant only in the county court portal, or treating a city Class C list as if it were a countywide Sheriff warrant list.
Cleburne Municipal Court
Cleburne publishes a Class C misdemeanor Active Warrant List. The city specifically warns that nobody should be detained or arrested based only on the public list and that warrant confirmation belongs to law enforcement.
The city also publishes a useful local policy: a person who appears at the Cleburne Municipal Court at 303 W. Henderson St. and makes a good-faith effort to resolve an outstanding city warrant is afforded safe harbor from arrest during that appearance.
That is a Cleburne municipal policy. Do not assume it protects someone from an unrelated felony, county misdemeanor, other-city or outside-county warrant.

Burleson Municipal Court
Burleson provides a citation search and specific instructions for resolving municipal warrants. Failure to appear can result in a warrant and a $50 warrant fee on each offense.
The city also states that a warrant paid online is cleared the following business day. Payments submitted after 4:00 p.m., on weekends or holidays do not post until the next business day, so the warrant remains active until the payment posts.
