Find the charge that actually reached Webb County court

Privacy rule of thumb: “I can see the case name” does not necessarily mean “I can download every document.” Adoption, juvenile, mental-health, protected personal information and other confidential material may have access restrictions.

Which clerk should receive the request?

Webb County’s Public Information Office directs district-court judicial records to the District Clerk, County Court at Law records to the County Clerk, and Justice Court records to the appropriate Justice of the Peace. County Court at Law II publishes unusually clear transcript instructions: hearings may be reported by an official court reporter or digitally recorded.
