Important provider warning

El Paso County currently publishes different provider wording on different detention pages. The Downtown Programs and Services page still references OffenderConnect/AdvancePay, while the Jail Annex communication page directs users to ViaPath. Because provider brands and facility instructions can change, open the live Sheriff’s page for the inmate’s current facility before sending money or creating an account.

Commissary timing

The current Downtown Programs and Services page says commissary is distributed on Friday and money must be received before 4:00 p.m. Thursday for the inmate to use it for that week’s commissary. The page lists in-person Downtown Jail deposits Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
